What’s the deal with the recent string of forest fires?
50ds agoThe FDNY says the fire broke out around 5:25 p.m. Thursday at 505 Chestnut St. and spread to the home next door.
The city's Department of Buildings issued a vacate order for one of the homes.
Residents tell News 12 the entire experience was terrifying.
The Red Cross was on the scene helping residents. There is no word at this time on what caused the fire.
