Moviegoers packed the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Downtown Brooklyn Friday for the opening day of Marvel's "Black Panther."
Dozens of people were seen showing off tradition African garments and accessories, saying the movie means a great deal to the black community.
Due to the massive turnout, Drafthouse staff says tickets were sold out Friday, as well as the rest of the weekend, with some limited exceptions.
Anyone looking to see "Black Panther" this weekend, at any theater, is advised to buy tickets in advance.
