The MTA has announced details of their additional service on other lines to accommodate commuters during the L train shutdown.
The G train will get the biggest boost come April when L train service will be greatly reduced and will not travel into Manhattan.
The G line will see 66 additional round trips every weekday, while the M train will see 62 extra weekday trips. The E train will have 26 additional trains, and the J, Z and F lines will have roughly a dozen more.
The MTA says the extra service will push the limits of what the system can handle, but is essential to keep commuters moving.
The added service is just part of the overall plan, with revamped bus and ferry service expected as well.
