MTA bus crashes into building after being struck by car in Bay Ridge

There were no passengers on the bus, and the residents of the building were not injured.

An MTA bus crashed into a building after getting struck by a car in Bay Ridge.

According to police, a Honda Accord was driving down Ridge Boulevard after 1:30 a.m. when it struck a B64 MTA bus. The bus then struck the side of a residential building.

There were no passengers on the bus, and the residents of the building were not injured.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Honda, a 26-year-old man, was taken to NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn by EMS for minor injuries. The MTA bus driver was not hurt.

At this time, police will continue to investigate the incident.
