The MTA hosted its third and final open house to educate New Yorkers about the planning behind the Interborough Express Project.

The project aims to get Brooklyn and Queens commuters around their boroughs quicker and more efficiently.

MTA CEO Janno Lieber says that the railroad would be 19 stations that would connect to 17 different subway lines, helping improve transportation between Brooklyn and Queens.

The MTA says they expect the express to have a 40-minute run time from start to finish, and it will go from Bay Ridge to Jackson Heights in Queens.
