The MTA is limiting subway service on a few major lines for the next two weekends.
Service for the 4, 5 and 6 trains will be suspended south of Grand Central Station, beginning Friday night at 11:30 p.m.
The 4 train won’t run between Grand Central and Crown Heights–Utica Avenue.
The MTA will be directing riders to take the 2 and 3 lines instead.
There will also be special weekend service on the W train and an overnight 42nd Street shuttle.
The MTA told News 12 in a statement these repairs are “pivotal to ensuring the structural stability and functionality of the subway system.”
Riders can download the MTA app to track up to the second arrival times and plan alternate routes until regular service will resume Monday.
