LIRR: Service through Jamaica resumes in both directions following police activity
The Long Island Rail Road says service has been restored through Jamaica station.
The transit agency says service was temporarily suspended due to police activity at the station.
The LIRR says all branches, except for the Port Washington branch, were experiencing delays due to the ongoing police activity.
