The first tickets have been issued to motorists caught on camera driving in the new B44 Select Bus lane.
Residents News 12 spoke with say they are receiving multiple tickets three months after the cameras were installed to catch them back in March.
The bus lane was built in November of 2013 and can only be used by buses from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Each ticket is worth $115. Some say they are receiving multiple tickets, one for every block they traveled in the bus lane.
The Department of Transportation says it is fixing the cameras so that won't happen again, and are working on mailing out the tickets in a timelier manner.
