Forbes has released a list of the richest hip-hop artists in the world and most of them are from New York. 

Jay-Z ranked No. 1, recently earning $76.5 million from his latest album with wife Beyoncé.

Sean “Diddy” Combs earned $64 million, coming in second place.

Forbes says a lot of the money earned by Combs comes from his liquor business Ciroc.

Rapper Nas came in sixth place, earning $35 million due to his investment in Ring, the virtual doorbell company.

Swizz Beatz brought in $15 million, tying for 20th place.
