The Brooklyn teenager with special needs who disappeared from her Sunset Park school this week has moved hospitals.
According to the family of 15-year-old Nashaly Perez Rodriguez, she has left Coney Island Hospital and is now at a hospital upstate.
The teen went missing from P.S. 371, the Lillian L. Rashkis High School, on Monday and was found at a friend's house Thursday morning.
Mayor Bill de Blasio said the incident is unacceptable and shouldn't happen at any school.
School Chancellor Carmen Farina also responded, saying in part, "I am incredibly relieved this student is okay, however this incident is under investigation and we are cooperating fully with the authorities. Accordingly, the principal of the school has been reassigned pending results of this investigation."
