Need to dispose of unused medicine? Putnam County to host Medication Take Back Day
If you have extra medicine laying around in your house, Putnam County is holding an event to help you dispose of it safely.

7h agoIf you have extra medicine laying around in your house, Putnam County is holding an event to help you dispose of it safely.
The county sheriff's department in Carmel will host Medication Take Back Day on Oct. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The department says it's important to not flush your medication. They will not be accepting syringes, sharps, and lancets.
A free naloxone training will be offered at the event
