Some Gowanus residents want the Enterprise car rental service to roll out of their neighborhood.
They say the rental cars are making parking too scarce in the area.
News 12 found that seven of the 11 cars parked along Third Avenue between Eight and Ninth streets belonged to the rental company.
Residents say they have to park several blocks away at the end of their work days, and business owners say the lack of parking is warding off costumers.
Some residents even say they've seen the rental cars remain parked in place during weekly street cleanings.
Enterprise has its own parking lot on the block. The company's local branch declined to comment for this story. The corporate team did not immediately respond to a News 12 request for comment.
