The Lelie family says they had eyed the location at the entrance of the island since 2015 and now get to finally call it home.
Before opening a Seafood Kingz in Queens, the Bronx residents owned one on Bruckner Boulevard.
They say they are happy to return to their home borough and bring a Black-owned seafood spot to the neighborhood.
