According to police, they're looking for a dark-colored Hyundai with the New York license plate number GRM-8448.
In surveillance video captured at a nearby deli, the vehicle is seen striking the victim at 4th Avenue and Union Street Wednesday afternoon.
Witnesses say the pedestrian, a 46-year-old Hispanic woman, hit the car's windshield and flew into the air after the driver sped through a red light.
