A new public service announcement reminding people of the 4-year-old shot and killed at a basketball tournament last month is causing a stir around the borough.
The Correction Officers Benevolent Association has started airing a radio commercial asking why Lloyd Morgan was shot and killed.
Some Bronx residents say the commercial comes too soon after his death and goes too far. There is no word yet on whether the family has heard the commercial.
