New Rochelle officers are being hailed as heroes after saving a cyclist's life.
Officer Alex Arias was on patrol Jan. 5 when he found the cyclist unresponsive and lying on the ground.
Officer Arias and back-up officers quickly sprang into action, performing CPR and requesting an ambulance.
After delivering a shock from a defibrillator, the cyclist’s pulse was detected.
The man recovered and is grateful to the officers who saved his life.
