A New Windsor man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison in a child sex abuse case.

The Orange County D.A’s office says 36-year-old Bryan Romero pleaded guilty to sexual conduct against a child.

They said he had numerous acts of sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13 years.

After he is released from prison, he will be on probation for 20 years and must register as a sex offender.
