4ds agoNew York Attorney General Letitia James is demanding that her civil lawsuit against former President Donald Trump "proceed quickly."
In a new court filing Thursday, Attorney General James accused the Trump family of seeking "to delay the conclusion of the (Office of the Attorney General's) investigation."
James says it is "imperative" that the case move forward rapidly, and points to "the fact that this action involves allegations of an ongoing scheme and conspiracy to obtain millions of dollars through fraudulent activity."
