The New York Boulders are continuing their postseason run after defeating the Quebec Capitales over the weekend, eliminating the four-time defending Frontier League champions on the road.

The wild card series is a best-of-three. The victory marks a significant milestone for the Boulders, who had not even won a postseason game since 2019.

The win also sends the team to its first-ever Atlantic Conference Finals.

The Boulders will now face the Ottawa Titans in a best-of-five series. Games 1 and 2 will be played at Clover Stadium on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Ahead of the series, Boulders manager TJ Stanton expressed confidence in his team and encouraged fans to support the club.

"The boys are going to be playing their absolute hearts out, both sides of the diamond. I implore our fans to come out and take a look at it and cheer us on," Stanton says.

The winner of the series will continue its pursuit of a Frontier League championship as the Boulders look to build on their historic postseason breakthrough.
