New York City braces for heavy rain this weekend
Emergency officials do close parts of the road down during bad weather, and the News 12 Storm Watch team says that's a possibility again with a storm set to hit the area on Saturday.

Many people in New York City already have an idea of what roads may flood when rain is in the forecast.
This includes the Bronx River Parkway. Parts of the parkway closed down due to flooding back in January and in September the parkway also saw pools of water.
Bushwick business owners spoke with News 12 about how they're preparing for the stormy weather and any potential flooding.
