New Yorkers gather to mourn lives lost and at risk in Israel

As tensions continue to rise in the Middle East, the Jewish communities here in the five boroughs are feeling unsafe and full of fear as they worry for what could be happening to their loved ones in Israel.
News 12’s Shniece Archer was at Brooklyn Borough Hall, which was lined with hundreds of people from different communities standing together in support of Israel and demanding an end to Jewish hatred.
Vigils are expected to take place throughout the week across the city as New Yorkers continue their hopes for a peaceful resolution.
