A 9-month-old girl died in her babysitter?s care in Canarsie Thursday.
Police say they responded to a 911 call for an unconscious child. Savannah Stranker was rushed to Brookdale Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Officials say there are no visible signs of trauma. A medical examiner still needs to determine the cause of death.
