NJ Transit: Man struck by light rail; cause of death unclear
Police are probing human remains found on the light rail tracks after New Jersey Transit says a man was struck by a light rail in Jersey City, but at this time they say it's unclear whether the cause of death was the train strike.

NJ Transit says the man was struck by a train on the Hudson Bergen light rail around 2 a.m. at the Washington and First Street crossing.
But NJ Transit says it's undetermined whether the cause of death for the man was the train strike.
Police have not released any other information about the victim at this point.
