No criminality is suspected in the case of a disabled 5-year-old who drowned in Bed-Stuy last week, according to police sources.
NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly says Destiny Delgado suffered from Spina bifida and died in the bathtub while in the care of her foster father, Pedro Guzman. He says Guzman left the girl alone in the water because his dog started to choke.
Sources say Guzman has been investigated by the city's Administration for Children's Services, but it's unclear whether it was for Delgado or another child.
