News 12 is highlighting for National Black Business Month a unique business with a simple goal to make sure people are having fun.

Black Parakeetz is a new business on Main Street in Nyack owned by husband-and-wife duo Naomi and Terrence Clarke.

It pairs painting sessions with cool drinks and a karaoke lounge - under one roof.

They opened their doors last September and have already won the New York Small Business Development Entrepreneur of the Year award.
