NYC residents feeling hopeful but weary as COVID-19 vaccine nears

Though COVID-19 numbers keep hitting new highs, a vaccine on the horizon is giving some New Yorkers a bit of hope for better days.
NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is among the places that Gov. Andrew Cuomo says will get the vaccine as early as next week for distribution to health care workers.
But even with a vaccine days away, some residents say they're feeling unsure whether they'd get it when it becomes their turn.
One said seeing former presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton getting it on camera would help them feel more at ease.
