NYPD: 13-year-old slashed outside of MS2 in Brooklyn

The victim and the alleged slasher, another 13-year-old, got into an argument on an MTA bus and began fighting after getting off of the bus outside of the school.

A 13-year-old student was slashed by a fellow student outside of their school on Friday morning, according to the NYPD.

Police say that the incident took place around 7:45 a.m. The victim and the alleged slasher, another 13-year-old, got into an argument on an MTA bus and began fighting after getting off of the bus outside of the school.

Law enforcement officials say that the fight escalated and the alleged slasher slashed the victim in the face. The victim then ran into the school and was later taken to Kings County Hospital. The alleged slasher was taken to a local precinct.

The school, located at 655 Parkside Ave., did not go into lockdown because of the incident.
