The NYPD and the New York attorney general have announced the arrests of 19 individuals, including one Brooklyn resident, on alleged prostitution, human trafficking, money laundering and drug charges.
Authorities say they were investigating Somad Enterprises for 16 months. The corporation allegedly created and monitored prostitution ads placed on behalf of pimps.
