NYPD: 3 men killed in separate Brooklyn shootings

Police say three people were killed as the result of three separate shootings across Brooklyn.

Police say three people were killed as the result of three separate shootings across Brooklyn.

In Clinton Hill, a 36-year-old man was fatally shot in the head overnight on Myrtle Avenue in front of a TD Bank. There is no word on the shooting suspect at this time.

Near Atlantic and Rockaway avenues in Ocean Hill, investigators say a 28-year-old man was fatally shot around 11:30 p.m. by a suspect who may have fled in a blue Mercedes.

Lastly, a 37-year-old man was fatally shot in the neck on Schenectady Avenue in Crown Heights. Police say they are questioning a person of interest in the case.

In addition to a fourth overnight shooting, five people have died from gun violence within 12 hours in Brooklyn.
