NYPD: 2 suspects at large for attacking 2 homeless men outside of ShopRite in Borough Park

Police say Francisco Corocoj, 25, and Manuel Perez, 49, approached two homeless men outside of the ShopRite in Borough Park with metal pipes and a baseball bat.

The NYPD says it is searching for two suspects connected to a ShopRite attack that killed a person on Sept. 18.
Police say Francisco Corocoj, 25, and Manuel Perez, 49, approached two homeless men outside of the ShopRite in Borough Park with metal pipes and a baseball bat.
One of the victims, 42, survived and sustained cuts and bruises to the head and body.
The other victim, 38, sustained pain and swelling to the legs and stomach.
He was taken to Maimonides Medical Center and sustained internal bleeding and died at the hospital on Oct. 2.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner deemed the manner of death as a homicide.
