Father and son both victims of fatal hit-and-runs, decades apart
3ds agoThe NYPD says a 20-year-old was shot by a man in East New York Thursday afternoon.
Authorities told News 12 they received a 911 call after 4 p.m.
Officers, along with health care professionals, arrived at 13 Malta St.
They say the found the 20-year-old with gunshot wounds across the street.
Officials say he was shot once in his right wrist and then in his pelvis.
EMT workers rushed him to Brookdale Hospital where he's still recovering.
Officers told News 12 the suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and grey sweatpants.
Caution tape and NYPD presence surrounded the three buildings where the shooting could have happened.
