Police say a man was shot and injured in Crown Heights and the shooter is on the loose.

Investigators say a 23-year-old man was shot in the left arm and left hip on Sterling Place near the intersection with Rochester Avenue at about 11 p.m.

The victim was taken to a hospital where he's expected to be OK.

The suspect is still on the loose.
