Police identify man shot, killed in dollar van in East Flatbush

A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in Flatbush on Sunday.
The NYPD says it happened near 837 Utica Ave. just before 1 p.m.
Police say the man has been identified as Johanci Chapman.

Authorities say the suspect fled in a white van on Snyder Avenue.
The NYPD did not provide a description of the suspect.
