Police say a 32-year-old man was shot in the Bronx Friday morning.

According to police, the victim was shot in the torso shortly before 6:30 a.m. in front of 2182 Bathgate Ave.

The victim was able to take himself to the hospital, police say. His condition is not known at this time.
