NYPD: 4 men wanted for stabbing, assaulting man who wished them Happy New Year

The victim apparently wished the four men “Happy New Year” and was attacked shortly after.

Police are searching for four men who are wanted in connection to a subway attack incident that took place in the Grand Concourse on New Year’s Day.  

According to the NYPD, the four men ambushed and stabbed a man on New Year’s Day at the East 182nd-183rd Streets station along the D line.  

The victim apparently wished the four men “Happy New Year” and was attacked shortly after. No other motive has been discovered for the assault. 

Those four men stabbed and beat the victim before fleeing the station. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for his stab wounds.
