Surge in SNAP benefit theft amid holiday season
2ds agoPolice say a woman is injured following an early morning shooting in East New York.
According to the NYPD, the shooting took place on Linden Boulevard near Eldert lane at around 2 a.m. The 41-year-old woman was shot once in the stomach.
She was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
Police say two men are wanted in connection to the shooting.
