Police say eight suspects linked to the stabbing of a 16-year-old boy at the Stillwell Ave-Coney Island train station are on the loose.
The teen was approached by eight people Wednesday around 3 p.m. After a conversation, investigators say the group began to stab the boy multiple times with a sharp object.
The group ran off on foot and are still on the loose. The 16-year-old was taken for treatment and is in stable condition.
