NYPD: 80-year-old man found dead in water in Bay Ridge

An 80-year-old man was found dead in the water Wednesday afternoon in Bay Ridge, according to the police.

Authorities say emergency crews removed him from the water near Belt Parkway and 72nd Street.

He has not been identified.
