A man was fatally struck by a vehicle while riding a bike in Brighton Beach, authorities say.
According to police, the 24-year-old bike rider was struck at the intersection of Coney Island and Neptune avenues at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
He was taken to a hospital in critical condition and died after.
Police say the driver remained on the scene and called 911.
No arrests have been made at this time.
