Police say Arthur Fleschner was found last Sunday lying on the sidewalk in Brownsville with head injuries. He was rushed to the hospital where he died four days later.
On Friday, police arrested and charged 52-year-old Danny Quiles, the person they believe punched the victim multiple times after the two got into a fight.
It's unclear why the two men began to fight.
