The NYPD Community Center recently opened as a site to the public to help distribute COVID-19 vaccine doses to residents who need it.
The Pennsylvania Avenue location opened last Thursday.
The NYPD Medical Division has administered the vaccine to its members and seniors since January and say they wanted to bring it to the public.
The site will run Monday through Friday through the end of May.
The hope is to get 40,000 members of the community vaccinated.
