The NYPD may have a witness to the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old in Baychester.
Commissioner Ray Kelly says that police have someone who says they saw a person wearing a hoodie fire shots into the park where Kemar Brooks was found dead.
Brooks' father found the teenager near the tennis courts at Haffen Park last Friday morning after he didn't return home Thursday night.
No arrests have been made and police urge anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
