11h agoThe NYPD identified the victim who died in Saturday’s shooting in East Flatbush as 39-year-old Emmanuel Soray. Three other people were injured.
Police say they responded to a reported shooting that occurred around 1:44 p.m. Upon arrival, they found four victims on East 45th Street, which still remains closed for the investigation.
Three of the victims were conscious and taken to the hospital, according to police. However, Soray was not moving and pronounced dead.
Authorities do not yet have a description of the shooter.
