News 12 is told officers responded to Club Nebula on West 41st Street for an assault around 3:25 a.m. Wednesday. Police say a 52-year-old man claims he was involved in an argument with Scott, who then allegedly punched him in the face.
Police tell News 12 the fight resulted in $12,000 worth of equipment damage at the club.
