Police are asking for help tracking down the person responsible for shooting and killing a man in East New York.

The NYPD say a 60-year-old man was fatally shot in the head Sunday morning at Georgia and Wortman avenues.

He was taken to the hospital, and later died there.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
