According to the NYPD, the shooting happened at 2 a.m. outside a smoke shop on Nostrand Avenue off of Avenue I.

According to the NYPD, the shooting happened at 2 a.m. outside a smoke shop on Nostrand Avenue off of Avenue I.
The victim is in stable condition. The shooter is still on the loose.
