A man was shot in the chest and shoulder on East 91st Street on Monday, NYPD officials told News 12.

A man was shot in the chest and shoulder on East 91st Street on Monday, NYPD officials told News 12.
They say the victim was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
NYPD say the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made yet.
