2ds agoPolice say a man is wanted for a forcible touching incident last month in the Bronx.
The NYPD says a 53-year-old woman was walking on East 163rd Street when a man approached her and grabbed her breasts and buttocks before running away.
News 12 was told this happened on Sept. 16 around 7 a.m.
Police say the man is known to frequent the area, wearing only one shoe.
