NYPD: Multiple armed suspects wanted for string of robberies on Bronx train

No one was injured, but the suspects are still at large and armed.

Police say multiple suspects are wanted responsible for a numbers robberies aboard a Bronx northbound 2 train in Wakefield.
The two suspects have been approaching people around 1:30 a.m. and threatening them with knives and stealing their belongings, according to the NYPD.
The first incident took place April 18 when the suspects went up to a 50-year-old man, acted like they had a weapon and then took his phone and wallet.
Three days later, the same suspects went up to a 26-year-old man with a box cutter and took his cellphone.
Police say the suspects came to Nereid Avenue on Wednesday and robbed a 22-year-old of his phone and AirPods.
No one was injured, but the suspects are still at large and armed. Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
