An off-duty NYPD officer accused of punching a person was arrested Sunday night in Flatbush, authorities say.

The incident began at around 10:30 p.m. when Noe Tattegrain, 37, got into an argument with someone on Newkirk Avenue.

Police say the dispute escalated and he began punching the person multiple times with a closed fist.

Tattegrain was charged with third-degree assault, according to authorities.
